Justin Bieber's being sued by the creator of a new video game and ClevverTV is telling you why. What's up guys, Joslyn Davis here at our headquarters with the recap on Justin Bieber's current legal troubles. The drama began to unfold when Bieber's team learned that RC3, a company specializing in developing Android apps, was creating a QUOTE "Joustin' Beaver" video game. JB's lawyers informed the company that they would take legal action against them if the video game wasn't tossed out. Instead of halting development on the game, RC3 has decided to turn the tables and sue Justin Bieber instead. The company's lawsutie claims that the video game is not about Bieber himself, rather, it's a parody of Justin's life in the spotlight, which the company claims ok, thanks to the first amendment's right to free speech.
