Zedge has been one of my favourite apps sine I first got my phone. The app takes all the effort out of phone customisation, giving you an ever updated library of wallpapers, Ringtones and Notification sounds all compatible with your phone.

There are easy ways to change the categories returned (to remove boobie models and or childish stuff) and you can sort in many popular ways.

Every wallpaper or sound also has a comments system which means that you really can ensure that what you're downloading isn't trash.
