Update: 11/23/2012 After about a week of use I have had no significant problems. The phone works very well. Only issues I have had are my own fault as I am not experienced with using Android phones. A bit of a learning curve. I have loaded and use about 10 apps. If you are the kind of person who is "app happy", you may have a problem with storage capacity. I may do an updated video. Tell me what you would like to see or know and I will do my best .

Pros:

It's small ( some people like smaller smartphones )
It lightweight
It's actually pretty peppy for only 800Mhz
It's AT&T/GSM ( I think it has much better service than CMDA phones for Net10/Straight Talk )
It's dirt cheap as far as Smart Phones are concerned
No Contracts
Easy to learn and use
Very Good call quality- Best sounding phone I have had

Cons:

It's small ( some people like huge phones )
It is not an iphone/GalaxysII/III killer- don't expect similiar performance
Build quality/Plastic
Unlimited service- not really "unlimited" ( Netflix is not the best idea for this phone )

Overall: For the price and service, buy it. It will get you into the smartphone world at a fraction of the cost of most phones and service contracts. ( Let's face it , most people with $400 phones do not utlilize 1/10th of the phones potential. They would have been smarter buying a phone like this and getting out of service contracts )

Everone is looking for a case/protector for this model of phone. They Exist!
The exact same phone was released by LG under "LG L3 E400" Google " Case LG L3 E400" and you will
find many different choices in protectors/gels/skins ect...
