Powersharing key includes also very convinient data sharing feature for iPad.

Event if your iPad is not Jailbreaked, you can import Photos, videos from your iPhone or Digital cameras or other mobile USB storage, as long as files are saved in directory named "DCIM".

Also possible to plug USB keybord to your iPAD and type.

If iPad is jailbreaked, you and read any USB keys, TF cards or even a mobile HDD, with iFile. Now it's possible to share freely data from iPAD to other Android devices. Especially useful when we share big files such as HD video or Images. Copy directly without passing iTunes, neither Wifi.

Of course, if your iPhone and another iPAD are jailbreaked, you can exchange file through pwntunes, read and write file on your iPhone as if it is an USB key.
