Instructions:
Go to his site and download the apk - http://g-arcade.appspot.com/ and put it somewhere in your SD card
Put the rom and neo geo bios in roms folder (not 100% sure if it has to be that name)
^ If you don't know where to find them, google is your friend.
Install with Apps Installer - http://www.cyrket.com/package/com.mmg.appin
Run it and have fun =D
NOTE: There's no sound yet.
