Music Ringtone

Here I show you how to convert your own music (MP3) track to a file then in itunes sync it to the iphone 4s (iPhone 5) and then set it as a ringtone, if you follow the steps as shown this will work perfectly, In the video i have a iphone 4S in white which is the 16 gb model.

Does anyone know if the steps are the same on a Mac?
