Light Paint Live

By Posit Labs

This video shows a making-of sequence of some simple lightart performances done with the new software lightpaintlive (LPL-ANDROID).

Finally you can see arising lights directly on the screen! That is normally not possible in longtime exposures, you have to wait until the shutter from your camera has closed.

Now, you can see the arising lights and you are able to paint with light like with a brush to a canvas. The result is a bulb exposure photo or a video from your performance.

This unique kind of Realtime Lightart Software is made by Josh Beckwith (USA) as a programmer and Joerg Miedza (Germany) as a Light Artist Photographer and Idea Generator.

There is no Computer Post Production! Everything you see arises directly into the moment of illumination. All Pictures you can see into the video are taken with LPL-Android.

There are a free LPL-Instant-Versions also on the website. The iOS-Development will take some more time to finalize, but it´s already projected for 2012.

You can download your LPL-Version for PC and MAC at www.lightpaintlive.com

This Video is made by the german Lightartist Joerg Miedza (co-founder of LAPP-Pro)
