The Jelly Belly Candy Company released a Jelly Bean Live Wallpaper for Android! It's simply called Jelly Belly Jelly Beans Live Wallpaper and it's available on the Google Play Store for free. FYI: You don't need to be running the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update to use this, as you can see in the video it also runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich devices as well.
Note: Just found out Kittehface made this live wallpaper for Jelly Belly! They're the ones who made Koi, Thunderstorm, Snowfall and other great LWPs on Android! :p
