Holiday Bonus

This is a video of a speech I did at a Full Indie meetup on 22nd Dec 2011. It's a 5 year postmortem of my casual download game, Holiday Bonus, which I launched in December 2006. The presentation is full of facts and figures (+ charts!) and an important conclusion for indie game developers. I hope that you enjoy it.
