Hero Mages is a turn-based tactical strategy game that supports cross-platform multiplayer, meaning you can play the game on any device against someone playing on any device.
I programmed this game using Adobe AIR. The multiplayer is powered by Smart Fox Server. During the development, I invented several technologies and techniques for optimizing performance on mobile devices and enabling pixel-precise adapative redraw to ensure the game creates the best user interface for the device it is installed on.
