SOOOOOO...
Before trying this video make sure to:
1. Stretch
2. Have water handy
3. GO AT YOUR OWN PACE!! (The only reason I did it this fast was to fit in a full circuit workout as fast as possible).
4. Go through the motions first and make sure you are doing it right before you focus on x of reps or you may hurt yourself or rob yourself of a proper workout.
5. Have fun and be patient with yourself.

Circuit Breakdown
--------------------------
Jumping Jacks - 15 seconds
3 Stop Pushups - 10 reps
Opposite Arm & Leg Raise Plank - 5 reps each side
Jumping Jacks - 15 seconds
Supermans - 10 reps
Side Plank Reach thru & Dip - 10 reps each side
Inverted Shoulder Press - 10 reps
Side Crunches - 10 reps
1:00 rest then Repeat
Record Sets Completed
BEAT IT NEXT TIME!!!!
