Google's new Nexus 4 phone has no LTE, this is because US carriers will not allow a LTE phone to be sold unlocked, and non carrier exclusive. Nexus phones allow a Blaotware free experience on Nexus phones.

The Nexus 4 however is HSPA+ 42 DC capable, this is actually exciting, because HSPA+ provides LTE ish speeds, but in more areas more consistently. I expect to see speeds around 6-14mbps all the time, and peaks around 22mbps download, and 2-3mbps upload on my Nexus 4 on Solavei in my area.

The test I did in the video above was on my non dual carrier phone, so speeds will double.

Verizon, Sprint & ATT do not offer LTE in my area, so T-Mobile is my fastest option, and also the cheapest.
