Capsules™ on the Taster menu include four French-inspired and four Indian recipes:

• Aloo Paratha Appetizer (Indian potato bread, sliced and served with yogurt or sour cream)
• Brie with Cherry and Port Reduction Sauce
• Chana Dal (comforting and nutritious. Like an Indian yellow split pea soup)
• Chocolate Pots De Creme (a romantic French chocolate custard/pudding)
• Halibut in Parchment Paper (Time magazine journalist Anita Hamilton tried this recipe Capsule™ and wrote that it "turned out perfectly")
• Indian Tofu & Pepper Stirfry (bright, healthy, delicious vegetarian stirfry recipe)
• Kheer (Sweet Indian rice pudding recipe with twist of saffron, pistachios, and colorful dried fruit)
• Mixed Salad greens with Pears, Blue Cheese (a classic combination of sweet, juicy, strong and crispy, with freshly baked candied walnuts and a simple homemade dressing)
