This Samsung Galaxy Note II it's good for me, but I'm not sure this smartphone is good for you, only you can decide for yourself. By looking at the statements below, you know the reason why ?. I can only give score/rating on this smartphone: 8 out of 10. Why is this score?. Just read all the statement below.

Can over 10 million people be wrong? That's how many Galaxy Note smartphones Samsung has sold worldwide since its release last year One of my biggest criticisms of the original Galaxy Note was its poor implementation of handwriting recognition but this has significantly improved on the Galaxy Note 2. It still struggles a little with spaces and capital letters at the start of sentences, but it's certainly a big improvement over the original Note. The biggest issue with the S Pen is not the pen itself but the lack of apps that have been specifically optimised for it. Samsung's S Note app is handy and a great example of what the S Pen is capable of, but that aside, there aren't many good quality, third-party apps designed with the S Pen in mind. Despite all these impressive features, Samsung Galaxy Note 2 isn't perfect. The Galaxy Note II's huge screen, for example, the software only allows you to have four icons vertically across the home screen. This is a waste of valuable space that could be taken up by more icons or larger home screen widgets.

People who used the first Note phablet (let's call it Note 1), were really impressed by the device. On the other hand, it also faced serious criticism from some of the tech geeks and gadget gurus from all around the world. Nonetheless, the one of its kind phablet not only managed to survive the criticism, but also got enough consumer response that lead to the inception of Samsung Galaxy Note 2. The first thing to be noted about the device is, it has a bigger display. The 5.5-inch screen with 1280 x 720 resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio does not add much to compare with its predecessor, but S-Pen does. It comes with a new S-Pen, with greater functionality. As soon as the S-Pen slide out of the device, it shows a S-Pen specific menu. Plus, there is a new hover feature. With the new S-Pen using the hover feature, you can do a lot more stuff. It can show image previews of photos in a photo album, and while watching a video you can now see a static preview at a specific time span. Basically, it's a redesigned mouse. The only thing missing from touch screen devices was hover. You were able to tap something, double-tap or tap-and-hold to get a menu right there -- but there was nothing to initiate the "mouse-over" event. Now let me ask you this, how many times have you left your device's stylus somewhere and forgot it? Happens a lot, right? Not anymore! If you leave the new S-Pen somewhere and try to walk away without it, Samsung Galaxy Note 2 will remind you to pick it up. Nice, huh? A new 3,100 mAh Li-ion battery is packed inside to provide a better backup. If you see the figures, it's thinner and has less width than Note 1. Speaking of battery life, it is excellent. The Galaxy Note II easily powered through a full day of use without needing a charge and often pushed into well into a second day before requiring a top up. If you're a moderate or light user, I suspect you should be able to get a full two days of use out of the device before charging, which is a great result. The Galaxy Note II is a genuinely impressive phone camera. It captures a high level of detail, produces pictures with excellent colour reproduction and offers a wealth of settings. The Galaxy Note II's camera can also take still photos while recording video, and features both HDR and panorama modes. Let's talk about the UI. To be precise, you'll get Jelly Bean right out of the box with all the features you liked in the previous Galaxy Note and some features from Samsung Galaxy S III. Galaxy S3′s pop-up play is there with the ability to resize the video player.

The new phone cost me a pretty penny, delivered from the UK to the U.S. -- but I tend to buy unlocked devices off contract.and if I were to buy one at full price from a US carrier, it would likely cost nearly as much anyway. So far, as long as I wear the Galaxy Note II there has never been a serious problem. Unless using a S Pen and the lack of S Pen Apps. And on the basis of Customer Reviews,Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is the best. Possibly the best for any Android phone at the moment.
