Billiard Simulator

One of the best freeware billiard games around for offline play only. As you can tell, it has a great mood. This has a computer opponent (as well as a 2 player mode), although it is bad AI. The AI refuses to alter the power of the shots, and the result is that it will frequently foul (I win the second game here by such a shot). In addition, it will get clumsy from time to time, pull off a ridiculous shot once in a while, and try to trick play its final shot. It is also quite easy to pocket a shot when you're not playing in a 400x300 window to try and grab a video. A few tweaks to the AI and the table would make this my favourite freeware billiards, although I am strictly an offline player. Online, Carom 3D might be king. www.billiardsimulator.com
