Reason: Tracks the user location for urgent alert messages and status updates including closest address found based on last known location. Also used to record trips when user starts triptrack.

Your personal Information: read contact data

Reason: Allows users to select someone from their contacts to send a status update to as well as giving auto complete functionality to users when entering new emergency contacts.

Network communication: full internet access, view network state

Reason: Tracks network connectivity to see if urgent status can be sent when urgent button is pressed. Used to send urgent emails to contacts and for facebook and twitter social networking.

Storage: modify/delete SD card contents

Reason: Saves trips and ICE info to the sd card. ice info can be stored on internal memory as well.

Services that cost you money: send SMS messages

Reason: Send urgent alert to people who have sms checked in emergency contacts.

Phone calls: read phone state and identity

Reason: Gets users phone number so that they can perform test alerts to verify their user data.

Hardware control: Vibrate

Reason: Vibrates when you get a GPS lock.
