Bang Bang Racing THD

Bang Bang Racing THD http://www.netbooknews.com Previously available on Xbox and PlayStation 3 here we have new Tegra 2 racing game called Bang Bang racing THD. If you were to look at the title picture it feels like you may be in for a wild ride and be behind the wheel of a speed demon and race the world for pink slips, but unfortunately, this is a top-down racing game that resembles, if you would, a 6 year-olds RC track on the living room floor.
Many are calling this a hot game with levels of physics that beat most other games. I'm here to tell you its not with, for me, a rating of 2/5. After playing the game for awhile and having paid $7.99 US on the Android Market place, I felt like a grown up playing with a child's RC track. If anything I would like this game to make me feel as if I was the child with high energy and low stress while playing.
The overall game play looks great and isn't to hard to play. The steering in the game is a bit extensive and takes practice to get used too. There are also other selections for your choice of steering making it basic for any user. On the track, you'll notice oil spills, exploding barrels of water and fire, cones, ice patches and many other obstacles you want to avoid. Crashing into other cars around you, the wall or other obstacles will cause your car to break down in which you will to make a quick pit stop for repair.
A couple things I feel disappointed about are some of the graphics. Now I'm not talking about the graphics of the car, those are great, the wheels move, cars catch smoke, and has damage you can see. I'm talking about when your playing on a snowy level and you car stops moving, the snow that's falling stops falling. The people in the stands cheering are just bobbling heads like Mexican jumping beans and the trees look like pancakes stacked on top up each other with out the enjoyment of being able to eat them.
