Update:10/2010 I no longer offer help or support for this long dead project. For any info and software potentially left out there, check the walkthrough link. It contains (or did anyways) all the information, steps, and software required to do this on your apache (untested on any other phone). I dont know about doing it to any other phone other then the apache, sorry.
