3D Virtual Tabletop lets you play with miniatures on a table top just like you would for an rpg at home.

It is mainly a web based application so you can get started instantly online with nothing to download, but now there is also an app for Android. This early version does not have any network connectivity yet, but you can play around with the minis on the map to see what it feels like.
