Install Saga LBC Mod
1. S-On or OFF and Essential info
Turn off your phone
Hold volume down and turn on
Read the bar at the top
Remember the text that says HBOOT, make sure it is 0.98.0000 or 0.98.0002 if not, dont go on.
Should say either:
SAGA PVT SHIP S-ON
or
SAGA PVT SHIP S-OFF
(exit with a battery pull)
If youre phone says s-off, skip to step 3
If not, keep reading
2. S-OFF with Revolutionary
Download Revolutionary from http://revolutionary.io/ (keep browser open)
Unzip the folder to a destination.
Run the exe and connect your phone.
Revo should provide a serial code, copy that.
On the website, fill out the form.
Operating System: Windows/Linux
Your device: HTC Desire S (or whatever)
HBOOT version: 0.98.0000/0.98.0002
Serial Number: What Revo provided earlier

Now Click generate Beta Key
Copy and paste that into Revo
Press enter and wait whilst your phone is S-OFF'd!
When asked do want to flash Clockworkmod, Confirm you have an active internet conneection and type Y
If you want to do this after, enter market and search for ROM Manager, download, and select flash clockworkmod recovery.

3. Flash a Rom
After making your phone S-Off, we need a rom.

All roms: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1146601
Download a rom of your choice and place the ZIP at the root of your SD Card.
Turn off your phone
Hold down volume and turn on
Wait about 5 seconds, and then use the volume buttons and select Recovery
When you get the Orange text screen

//Doing the following will completely wipe your phone\
//Please make a backup (Backup & restore-backup\
//If you want your apps/song/contacts back - root and install titanium backup\
//And make sure to move app to sd\

Choose Mounts and storage
Format /cache
Format /data
Format /system
****GO Back****
Install ZIP from SD card
Select your zipped rom
YES - I WANT TO DO THIS
And your rom will be installed
Go Back
-Reboot system now
4. Set up user account
Login to accounts/sync services
Finish and you will have your ROM!
